Play a vital role for our customers. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. Taking ownership for accomplishing project objectives by planning and executing project activities, you will coordinate across multiple businesses. Leading the project team, you will execute projects effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Maintaining, leading and developing the project execution process, from quotation request, through contract award to project closeout
Serving as the primary customer contact, developing relationships, and managing contracts effectively
Managing project risk, including change/supplier management, resolving issues, and ensuring quality of on-time and on-budget delivery
Reporting on progress, communicating internally and externally and knowledge-sharing across projects to ensure and inform best practice
Developing and maintaining a good working relationship with the Customer and its representatives
Ensuring that project schedule with milestones, manpower requirements and cost budgets are established
Leading and developing the internal project team in support of achieving the agreed project goals
Monitoring the project performance in a systematic way regarding quality, safety, progress, cost and mitigating actions if deviations occur
Supporting ongoing Business Development activities and providing support to tendering process
Managing internal Variation Orders and Customer instigated Change Orders, including their internal price clearance, submission and negotiation, implementation, and tracking
Qualifications
Have a bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Project Planning
Possess interest and awareness of digital technology and its application in the Engineering field
Be able to show experience and understanding of design process management when delivering integrated system solutions
Have some previous experience of working in Quality Managed systems and companies
Have excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear, concise manner
Demonstrate good commercial awareness, excellent leadership skills and an adaptable working style
