Responsibilities
Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on team operations and marketing processes
Support the Chief of Staff in managing team operations, meetings, and communication
Establish and maintain standardized tracking systems for go-to-market activities and practice engagement
Facilitate retrospective reviews of go-to-market initiatives to drive continuous improvement
Provide ad-hoc reporting and data analysis support for special projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in health services administration, health policy, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or equivalent work experience
Highly organized and proactive in addressing clarity, prioritization, and blockers
Data-driven strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources
Extensive experience with Excel or Google Sheets, particularly in data manipulation and pivot tables
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Tableau or other data management software
Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems with a high degree of autonomy
Ability to work prolonged periods at a desk and on a computer
