Base pay range $46,000.00/yr - $63,000.00/yr

We are seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to join our Facilities team! To be successful in this role one must take initiative to complete tasks, have excellent time management skills and have proficiency in data analytics to eliminate inventory issues. The purpose of this position is to ensure parts, equipment, and/or production inventory are accurate, inventory movements are keyed correctly and timely, and systematic records are maintained appropriately.
Responsibilities
Managing inventory across all storage locations in a division, including scheduling, coordinating, and performing inventory counts for van locations, warehouses, and divisions
Reporting and analysis for warehouse or production operations, including running inventory reports to identify issues
Performing data analysis to ensure accurate material availability for technicians and stores
Collaborating with supervisor to determine best placement for inventoried items and reminding warehouse/production associates of proper inventory receiving, putaway, picking, packaging, and shipping techniques for optimal business operations
Required Qualifications
Managing inventory across all storage locations in a division, including scheduling, coordinating, and performing inventory counts for van locations, warehouses, and divisions

Performing data analysis to ensure accurate material availability for technicians and stores

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Computer Science, or other analytical discipline or equivalent experience
4 years of experience in warehousing or facilities/production operations performing analytics in a related field
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Year End Bonus To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.
