Outlets at the Dells Role overview: As the full-time Store Team Leader, you are the CEO of your store. You are entrepreneurial-minded, accountable for maximizing daily operations, developing a strong team through coaching and training, and delivering operational excellence while upholding AEO Brand Standards. Responsibilities
You drive sales by maximizing store productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience. You own and manage your store’s business plan to meet KPI goals and analyze reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time, innovative decisions. You recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team; advocate for development with succession planning and regular performance reviews. You develop store leadership through leadership development training, performance feedback, and individual development plans. You champion teamwork and recognition, communicate goals, and ensure accountability to brand standards. You own visual and merchandising processes to maintain AEO Brand Visual Standards; oversee floorsets, merchandise adjustments, and replenishment for a guest-ready store. You optimize workforce management by evaluating traffic, calendars, and payroll reports to adjust schedules and manage payroll efficiently. You demonstrate integrity in compensation decisions and ensure audit and shrink results meet Asset Protection Standards and policy compliance. Qualifications
You love AE and Aerie products. You have retail management experience leading functional teams and a track record of developing teams; strong communication and conflict management skills. You can multi-task with attention to detail; strong priority-setting and time-management abilities. You understand employment law and have a general understanding of how to lead and develop teams.
