Overview We are seeking a passionate individual to drive customer onboarding and education programs for a fast-growing startup. This high-paced role requires creativity and exceptional customer experience skills. The role focuses on owning customer onboarding and defining a process that enables customers to ramp quickly and realize value from the product to drive retention. Work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a training and education strategy that enables customers to ramp quickly and realize value from the product in the first 90 days.
Define and build the customer onboarding process, ensuring it is seamless and efficient.
Develop fun, engaging, and impactful training and education programs to drive product adoption and customer success.
Create written and video content delivered via email, knowledge base, and other mediums.
Define success measures and drive metrics for product adoption and engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Growth, Sales, Product) to align priorities and initiatives.
About you
Extensive experience in customer onboarding, customer education, or training in a SaaS company.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and impactful training programs.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Experience with building certification programs and defining success metrics.
Passion for providing an exceptional customer experience and a dedication to continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
