As a Foreman for our Civil District, you will contribute to our team by: Must have experience in facility piping for wastewater treatment work. Experience in ductile iron pipe installation. Must have experience in larger deep excavations. Must have experience in developing a MOPO for line stops and bypasses. Having experience in building Water and Wastewater plants. Demonstrated ability to perform all responsibilities of a foreman. Effectively lead, train, and mentor all hourly personnel. Jobsite safety leader - critical to the front-line implementation of our safety program. What You Will Bring To The Role: 3-5 years of experience as a Foreman and leading crews. Positive attitude and desire to continuously improve skills while teaching others. Must be able to clearly communicate before a group with confidence. Familiar with field concepts, practices, and procedures. First Aid, CPR, and OSHA 30 training, preferred. Safe use of Hand & Power tools. Occasionally climbs up and down ladders, scaffolding, and stairs. Must be able to work in extreme temperatures, in confined spaces, high places, and under pressure. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
