Overview

Store Workers serve in one or more commissary store departments (e.g., grocery, produce, warehouse, etc.) performing a variety of duties involved in receiving, handling, marking, preparing, displaying, and maintaining the stock of resale items. This is an open-continuous announcement with an initial cut-off date 30 days after the open date of the announcement. Please see the How You Will Be Evaluated section for more information. Duties

Maintaining adequate stock of resale items. Identifying any obvious spoilage, damage, and out-of-date merchandise. Receiving supplies, equipment and resale items. Operating a computer system that calculates and marks prices, and determines weights of merchandise. Transporting items to shelving and display areas. Qualifications and Requirements

You must meet qualifications and requirements by the closing date. Examples of related/qualifying experience include: Ensuring the proper care and handling of resale grocery items. Locating items for customers. Rotating stock, stacking containers, and participating in inventories. Operating a computer system to calculate prices and label merchandise. Arranging stock on shelves and in displays. Physical requirements:

Continuously walk, stand, bend, stoop, stretch, and reach. Lift up to 50 pounds independently and occasionally over 50 pounds with assistance. SOE (Screen-Out Element):
