Responsibilities
Conduct accurate topographic surveys, property boundaries, and construction layout plans
Upload and download field survey data from data collectors and GPS equipment into CAD platforms for processing and analysis
Conduct thorough land records research to verify property ownership, easements, and legal descriptions
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field crews to ensure survey deliverables align with project requirements and timelines
Maintain organized digital and physical records of survey data, drawings, and research findings
Assist in preparing survey reports, plats, and legal documentation for permitting and regulatory compliance
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Danbury, CT.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
