Laborer - Haul Coordinator (Dallas, TX) - Austin Bridge & Road

Austin Bridge & Road is currently seeking a Laborer - Haul Coordinator for North Texas construction projects.
These laborers will support the project and crew with various tasks.
Responsibilities
Compliance with Safety Policies & Procedures
Quality Control
Production
Provide support to crew such as:
Assist in receiving and dispatching JWS orders to Plant Foreman, Haul Department, and Hot Mix Foreman
Provide on‑site logistics support to HMAC Crews
Coordinate transportation with CDL Drivers
Schedule drivers to be on‑site as required by HMAC leadership
Guide asphalt trucks and other equipment
Participate as a vital team member, contributing to Austin’s success
Participate in daily safety meetings
Work hours adjusted to meet project needs; days, nights, and weekends
Able to work in adverse weather conditions – hot or cold temperatures
Other duties as assigned

Must be able to talk, see, hear, and use fingers
Must frequently perform standing, reaching, grabbing, pushing, pulling, balancing, walking, crouching, kneeling, and stooping
Oftentimes climb and sit
May crawl on rare occasions
Must manage stress constantly while on duty
Must frequently perform calculations
Must occasionally use reading, comprehension, reasoning, and analytical skills while on the job
Expect to work outdoors, navigate moving machinery, and work on uneven or unstable surfaces
Expect to work in varying light, be exposed to loud noise, temperature/humidity changes, and crowded areas
Occasionally work on narrow surfaces and may be exposed to non‑toxic dust, fumes, gases, or confined quarters
