About The Role

This individual will be responsible for the unloading of product by hand at ground level or with the assistance of a portable conveyor(s). They will also be responsible for the daily tasks as it relates to the framework of operations, standard policies and procedures within their assigned department.

HOURLY PAY: $19.69/hour

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday / 5am - 1:30pm

What You Will Do

Transport product from one location to another

Sort cases by style/color/size and palletize accordingly

Sort usable/unusable pallets

Shrink wrap transfer pallets

Secure pallets with strapping tape

May be required to receive/palletize and locate cartons using an RF gun

Remove/apply labels to shoeboxes and cases based on rework needs

Ability to operate a manual pallet jack

Ability to operate a radio frequency apparatus

Ability to take directives from manager/supervisor

Good oral and written communication skills

Communicate with upper management/co-workers on a daily basis

Must be detail oriented

Must always work safely and professionally

Ability to keep the department OSHA Compliant

Knowledge of all company policies and procedures, e.g., safety

Ability to utilize Skechers customized programs, such as; DOPS, Gar Pac, PKMS, Microsoft Word/Excel, etc.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

1 ½ to 2 years’ experience in a Distribution environment
