Primary Responsibilities

Extensive experience in operational support in the logistics or related field Excellent data analysis skills, focusing on key metrics and trends to identify issues and improvement opportunities Familiarity with developing and implementing data tracking systems and templates to ensure data accuracy and consistency Proficiency in management practices and team leadership to supervise adherence to standard operating procedures Strong communication and coordination abilities to collaborate with personnel across different levels and departments, driving operational improvements Familiarity with process standardization, automation, and SOP optimization, with preference for relevant experience Proficient in utilizing automation tools and data management systems to develop and manage efficient operational processes Ability to review and optimize SOPs using data analysis to guide changes and ensure effectiveness Skilled in organizing training meetings to communicate usage of new SOPs, automation tools, and data management systems Qualifications

Required Knowledge And Experience

1-3 years of work experience in the warehouse and logistics industry. Bachelor\'s degree or higher Possession of a valid driver\'s license in Canada or the United States and willingness to travel up to 90% of the time Ability to learn quickly and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle unexpected situations Strong planning, management, and coordination abilities Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in basic computer operations, including Microsoft Office and some data analysis skills Compensation

Range of pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour Open to negotiation depending on experience level Benefits
