Overview
David Weekley Homes is proactively identifying candidates for future Warranty Service Manager roles supporting new residential construction homes in Jacksonville. This position requires a self-starter who can work independently and collaborate with customers, builders, and sub-contractors in a fast-paced environment while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule repairs with contractors and customers Follow up, inspect, and ensure accurate completion of all repairs Hold contractors accountable for results Instruct customers on home maintenance and communicate what items are not warrantable Manage your budget Handle multiple tasks and projects within designated timeframes Say "no" when necessary and overcome objections professionally Responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction Performing minor repairs Qualifications
A positive attitude and good interpersonal skills are essential Ability to stay calm in confrontational situations Previous experience in the home building industry and/or some home repair experience is helpful Previous experience in a customer service environment A team player able to work closely with customers, builders, and sub-contractors in a fast-paced environment Additional Information
