The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. They are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. They are also talent leaders, involved in recruiting, training, engagement, and development. They are expected to create an inclusive environment for their team and customers, and have opportunities to grow into future store leadership roles. What You’ll Do
