As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll help make world-class products behind the brands everyone knows and loves. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and ensure smooth production line operations. This entry-level role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Your work helps ensure every item leaving the line is something we’re proud of. Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance Accurately measure and scale ingredients Complete quality checks and record data Keep work area clean Follow safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines Performs other duties as assigned Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift Skills
Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred) Comfortable using computers or tablets Able to read, write, and understand English Basic math and mechanical understanding Strong attention to detail Team-oriented and dependable Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens The approximate hourly pay for this position is $21.35-$21.95. Final compensation may vary based on factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
