We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative

Internal Business Analyst

to support and enhance our internal business processes across HR, Finance, and Operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, experience in business process mapping and optimization, and the ability to work cross-functionally. Familiarity with

Workday

is a strong plus, though not required. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze, document, and improve internal business processes across departments such as HR, Finance, and IT. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify improvement opportunities in workflows and system usage. Assist in the development of business cases and project plans to support process changes or system enhancements. Partner with system administrators and functional leads to implement process improvements within Workday and other platforms. Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are clearly translated into functional specifications. Support testing and validation of system updates, process changes, and new features. Develop training materials, process documentation, and user guides as needed. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and identify areas for continuous improvement. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of experience in a business analyst or process improvement role. Strong understanding of business process design, documentation, and optimization methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma). Experience with HRIS or ERP systems;

Workday experience is a strong plus . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functions and levels of the organization. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Preferred Skills:

Experience in a Workday implementation or module support role (e.g., HCM, Financials, or Talent Management). Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and internal audit requirements. Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Workday is a bonus. Seniority level
