Facilities Maintenance Technician
to service our retail locations. The role involves maintenance and repair activities, including minor carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. Equipment maintained includes HVAC systems, air compressors, tire inflation units, commercial vacuums, and lighting. Responsibilities include: Managing and completing multiple service calls, prioritized by the Nouria Maintenance Manager Performing repairs and maintenance safely and efficiently Responding to urgent calls during non-business hours as needed A company truck will be provided. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; trade certification is a plus 3+ years in construction trades or facility management Strong time management, multitasking, and communication skills Proficiency with email and dispatch applications Valid driver’s license with a good driving record The company offers competitive compensation, including an annual bonus, company car, 401K, and a positive work environment.
