The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing a team of Customer Service Representatives who deliver products directly to airline customers. Your team will be expected to provide on-time delivery to each aircraft while meeting all quality and cleanliness standards, and commit to exceptional service. You will manage the team through structured communication, compliance checks, and monitor adherence to customer specifications, safety processes, internal production processes, and continuous improvement. Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Experience in Last Mile Logistics - 2-3 years in a related industry. Problem solving and leadership skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with logistics software is a plus. Open availability required, including weekends and holidays. Job Type:
