Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for store and warehouse operations, including overseeing policies and procedures involved in day-to-day operations, managing showroom and warehouse organization, inventory levels, purchasing, and staff management. This role also involves creating an environment of excellent customer service and coordinating with other branches to ensure high service levels across the network.

Monitor branch inventory levels.
Order materials for stock and customer job orders.
Maximize profit by identifying new products to sell.
Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and agents.
Lead and serve as a role model to branch employees.
