What you get to do includes: support Special Events and shows, manage daily operations of the Venue, Special Event and Shows, and supervise cast and crew with scheduling and task follow-up. You will mentor staff and ensure safety, quality standards, and smooth show execution across assigned tasks and areas. What It Takes To Succeed

Must submit a resume to be considered for this position. Must be at least 18 years old. Must have valid Driver’s License and be able to meet company driving guidelines. Knowledge of Theater, Entertainment Events and Logistics, including safety, audio systems, basic theatrical lighting, theming, signage and décor, scenic and prop construction/maintenance, and ability to use hand/power tools for maintenance and repairs to show equipment. College Degree in Theatre (preferred), experience in related discipline or equivalent related certification of experience. Must have prior experience managing vocalists, band, actors and dancers. Supervise Technicians and Performers and demonstrate strong performance skills. Excellent organizational, problem-solving and planning skills with the ability to handle multiple projects; able to work under pressure and direct personnel under ambiguous or stressful conditions. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact positively with entertainers, technicians, contractors, and park staff. Ability to enforce safety protocols, inspect and document inspections of safety-sensitive equipment, and ensure proper PPE usage. Ability to perform management duties for all technical needs: running crew, logistics, transport, prep work, and theater/event installs. Team-oriented with a professional, guest-service mindset. Hands-on capability to operate basic technical equipment and troubleshoot; proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Provide support for shows and events and perform other duties as directed by management. Adhere to all Park/Department policies and procedures. Ability to work in varying conditions and weather, stand/sit/walk for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs; capable of bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and using PPE. Flexibility in work locations and hours, including openings, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays. Benefits
