Responsibilities
Overall Project Management, including budget management (cost tracking, forecasting, monthly projections, change orders, contingency and allowance tracking, equipment and labor resources), and procurement coordination. Contract management, including adhering to owner contract requirements and managing subcontractor contracts and change orders. CPM Schedule development, tracking and updating; facilitate pull scheduling and hold subcontractors accountable for the schedule. Oversight of RFIs, procurement, submittals, and other typical operations performed by the Project Engineer. Run and facilitate Owner/Architect/Contractor weekly meetings. Collaborate with the Project Superintendent to ensure availability of subcontractors, materials and equipment, and internal resources. Manage and oversee Project Engineers and their responsibilities. Develop productive, trusting, and professional Owner and Architect relationships. Participate in interviews to win work. Minimum Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 5 years in the construction industry No more than 2 companies in 5 years, or 3 companies in 10 years Prior project experience as Project Manager on jobs $3M+ Good references from previous Owner and Employer Resident of the United States Prior experience as a Project Engineer (processing RFIs, submittals, etc.) Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Healthcare and/or educational project experience preferred Leadership and Communication
