Provides administrative support for Field Operations and implementing systems, procedures, and policies as directed by the corporate office.
Maximum of 45 hours per week.
Accounts Payable responsibilities involve issuing field purchase orders, collecting and matching delivery tickets, obtaining proper approvals, and adhering to monthly closing deadlines.
Payroll responsibilities involve collecting timecards, obtaining appropriate approvals, and adhering to payroll processing deadlines.
Credit card responsibilities include collecting receipts, ensuring proper coding on receipts, and adhering to monthly closing deadlines.
Human Resources responsibilities involve assisting new employees with employment package completion, verifying documents and completeness of the package, and adhering to deadlines for submitting information to payroll and HR for processing.
General office duties as directed by project management.
Supervisory responsibilities: None.
Requirements: Organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; construction field experience; average experience in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills; comfortable with implementing new policies and procedures.
Education and Experience: High school diploma preferred.
Candidates that accept an offer of employment are required to undergo and successfully complete a pre‑employment physical examination. This exam is essential to ensure that all potential employees meet the necessary health and fitness standards for the role. The examination includes a series of tests and evaluations conducted by a certified medical professional to assess overall physical health, identify any potential medical conditions that could interfere with job performance, and verify that the candidate is capable of safely performing the essential duties of the position.
