Executive Assistant - Business Development Team

Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
Location:
New York City (Hybrid – 5 Days In-Office)
Compensation:
$90k-125k + discretionary bonus
Experience:
2-7 years
What You'll Do
Manage and maintain complex calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones
Coordinate domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, cars, itineraries)
Handle expense reporting and reimbursements in a timely manner
Assist with ad hoc tasks such as presentation prep, document editing, or project follow-ups
Support occasional recruiting coordination (scheduling, follow-up emails, etc.)
Offer light support to the NY office team as needed
Partner with the Office Manager and other staff to ensure a smooth day-to-day experience for the executives
What We’re Looking For
2–7 years of relevant experience - ideally previous experience supporting an IR/BD Team
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities with ease
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, “roll up your sleeves” environment
Tech-savvy — quick with tools like Outlook, Zoom, Excel, and Google Suite
