We offer opportunities to volunteer and contribute to Idaho’s youth. Your involvement helps keep our thrift stores stocked, welcoming, and capable of delivering services to those in need. Why this role exists: Volunteers support the mission by maintaining inventory, assisting customers, and applying pricing knowledge across categories such as home goods, clothing, shoes, accessories, and books. What you will be doing
Support staff with routine product rotations to keep inventory fresh, including moving carts and stocking shelves. Assist in collecting and categorizing donations. Enhance customer service by warmly greeting and assisting shoppers. Apply pricing expertise in categories like home goods, clothing, shoes, accessories, or books. Keep store shelves and displays clean, organized, and visually appealing. As a volunteer, you will be part of a team committed to the mission and values of Idaho Youth Ranch, including relationships, growth, compassion, transparency, and joy. Qualifications / Requirements
Be at least 13 years old. Submit an application. Submit to a general criminal background check. Complete an interview. Comply with all Idaho Youth Ranch Volunteer Policies and Procedures. Availability
