We are seeking an experienced, safety‑driven
Operations Manager
to lead our night‑shift industrial washout operations. The role covers full scope nightly operations: team supervision, workflow scheduling, equipment performance, environmental compliance, and facility safety. Ideal candidates possess strong leadership, hands‑on experience in industrial or environmental services, and the ability to maintain efficient, compliant, and high‑quality washout processes.

Position Impact The Operations Manager will be a strategic leader responsible for the comprehensive oversight and direction of all field operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable industrial service projects. Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational strategies, managing multiple teams and projects, optimizing resources, and fostering continuous improvement with an unwavering emphasis on safety.

Responsibilities
Champion, develop, and embed a proactive safety culture throughout all levels of operations.
Collaborate with EHS to develop, implement, and enforce robust safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
Drive thorough incident investigation processes, ensuring timely reporting, corrective actions, and knowledge sharing.
Establish key performance indicators, track metrics, analyze trends, and report performance to senior leadership.
Ensure all operational personnel receive appropriate safety training, certifications, and ongoing education.
Develop and execute operational strategies that align with company goals, enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
Oversee the allocation and utilization of personnel, equipment, and materials across multiple projects to maximize productivity and profitability.
Develop and manage operational budgets, control expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations.
Oversee relationships with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Operations Supervisors and field crews.
Conduct regular performance reviews for direct reports, setting clear objectives and providing constructive feedback.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements Qualification Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with a disability to perform the essential functions.
Computer Skills Experience with Microsoft Office products and the ability to adapt to other computer software.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
7+ years of experience in industrial services or a similar industry.
3+ years of experience managing a team.
OSHA 30‑Hour and Hazwoper 40‑Hour preferred.
Physical/Mental Requirements
Regularly required to talk and hear; standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing at times.
Frequent lifting or moving items up to 60 pounds.
Climbing stairs and ladders, occasional heights.
Ability to wear personal equipment, including respiratory protection.
Consists of both office setting and physical jobsite; usable in confined spaces when needed.
