The Financial Regulatory Reporting team within Client Americas Finance is tasked with producing regulatory filings for a variety of entities under Client's US operations. This role reports directly to the Client Americas CFO and operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office presence two to three days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. Role Summary
The role involves the preparation of various regulatory reports with precision and timeliness, adhering to US GAAP and regulatory guidelines. A strong grasp of financial accounting, regulatory reporting, and the financial industry is essential. The position covers regulatory reporting for all entities within the Combined US Operations. Key Responsibilities
Compile daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc regulatory reports, including but not limited to FR Y-15, FR Y-9C, FFIEC 031, FFIEC 002, FFIEC 009, FFIEC 019, FR2644, FR2900, TIC Reports, BE-605, BE-15, and BE-125. Reconcile reporting data with the general ledger, validate static data, and conduct variance analysis. Incorporate changes in reporting instructions and accounting standards from regulatory authorities into submitted reports. Assist in the creation and updating of procedure documentation related to new and existing regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. Manage assigned tasks and projects to meet deadlines. Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization. Provide support to management and team members. Qualifications
Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Possesses 2-3 years of relevant experience. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with BI tools like Alteryx or Power BI is advantageous. Has working knowledge of regulatory or financial reporting. Familiar with financial products such as loans, deposits, securities, derivatives, money market products, and repos. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Big 4 or large regional accounting firms (serving banking or capital market clients), financial accounting, product control, or regulatory reporting, with experience in banking being essential. Holding a US CPA, CFA, or equivalent license is highly desirable. Demonstrates strong multitasking abilities. Seniority level
