Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls with empathy and guide customers to hire us.
Handle bookkeeping: QuickBooks invoices, A/R, A/P, payroll, and reconciliations.
Maintain customer files in PuroLogic (Next Gear).
Assist with estimates using Xactimate and Symbility.
Support compliance reporting, reviews, and customer follow-ups.
Coordinate communication between customers and technicians.
What We’re Looking For
Warm, outgoing personality – customers feel safe and supported when they speak with you.
Attention to detail – accurate, process-driven, organized.
Experience with QuickBooks and general office administration.
Strong multitasking, time management, and follow-through.
Bonus: Familiarity with restoration industry software (Xactimate, Symbility, PuroLogic).
