Supply Chain Rotational Graduate Program (Technical) Hiring pipeline for candidates who will graduate between December 2025 and August 2026. Qualified applicants will be contacted in concert with the approval and publication of identical, approved positions within HP, Inc.

Location Spring (Houston), TX only.

Rotation Program Overview The program consists of four six‑month rotation assignments that include projects across Planning, Sourcing (Procurement), Manufacturing Operations Support (Make), Logistics (Deliver), Returns, Order Fulfillment, Sustainability, and Digital Transformation. After graduation, you will have the opportunity to work with your current team or move to another area, equipped to make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities

Assist in analyzing and mapping supply chain processes using the SCOR model framework.

Identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction in Sourcing and Logistics.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, gather data and insights for process optimization.

Support implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives such as inventory management, demand planning, and order fulfillment.

Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management to contribute to continuous improvement.

Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the progress of supply chain initiatives.

Review and analyze whether new supply chain concepts should be adopted by HP (JIS—Just In Sequence).

Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to supply chain management and process improvement.

Conduct sourcing market research to determine possible new innovative products or categories for introduction into HP’s products.

Drive sustainability initiatives independently or in conjunction with other business functions, i.e., packaging suppliers, logistics/transportation suppliers.

Identify and implement new, innovative quality control processes and procedures for component suppliers.

Conduct market research to propose and implement potential new technologies leading for supply chain optimization.

Apply analytics to develop data‑driven solutions and financial/operational models to complex problems and mitigate risks.

Perform as a procurement analyst, responsible for complex components worth millions of dollars and locating new sources of supply and contribute to cost savings.

Education and Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree; preferred majors include Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to apply the SCOR model to identify process gaps and propose solutions.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Detail‑oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Ability to work successfully in an environment with varying levels of complexity.

A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, SQL, and Access database.

Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or others.

Knowledge of statistical analysis and financial modeling.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel with experience creating Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.

Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.

Ability to work in virtual teams.

Previous internships and/or work in a Supply Chain related function.

Compensation The base pay range for this role is $89,000 to $93,450 annually with additional opportunities for bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
