None POSITION SUMMARY MGOs will develop relationships with potential donors interested in supporting Benedictine College's passion for the Catholic faith and higher education. Facilitate in-person meetings with donors serving as the face of Benedictine College. Identify, research, cultivate, and solicit prospective donors using strategic methods. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Meet one-on-one with donors, attend national events. Maintain donor database system and use information systems to ensure timely and appropriate stewardship. Manage an approximate caseload of 125-150 active major donors. Adhering to stewardship best practices and department policies and procedures. Reviewing fundraising key performance indicators and revenue goals quarterly. Use wealth screening information and other research to create individual cultivation and solicitation plans, with assistance from fundraising consultants, for all active and prospective donors. Help to draft or review solicitation, cultivation, or collateral materials, including quarterly newsletter and annual report for caseload. Assist with coordination of donor events and outreach, as needed. Represent Benedictine College and deepen the understanding of and the credibility for the mission and vision among donors and key stakeholders. Requirements POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Competency Statement(s) Embody and share the Benedictine values of hospitality and commitment to excellence, high degree of initiative, excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to work strategically, able to travel extensively Education Bachelor's Degree Experience 5+ years of professional experience with preference to nonprofit and development experience.
