The

Manager of Relocation

is responsible for the management, research, tracking, and issue resolution of Relocation. This role requires the Specialist to have proven work experience providing world-class client service, defining new processes, building relationships, and managing relocation programs. This role will be instrumental in not only managing the relocation on an ongoing basis but also defining the administration process of the future. The role will also represent Family Dollar by acting as relocation liaison for prospective and incoming executives and relocation-eligible team members. Responsibilities

Manage Family Dollar’s Relocation programs Complete review, research, and planning process for any relocation administration policy and process changes. Define relocation administration process of the future, working with key partners to influence positive customer experience and best practice decisions, including but not limited to Benefits Administration Supervisor and Manager Act as relocation liaison for the organization Arrange area tours for candidates and their families as necessary, including but not limited to working with company executives Work with incoming candidates and their families one-on-one to fill their relocation needs, ensuring a smooth and successful Family Dollar integration Serve as an ongoing resource for relocation needs for newly relocated team members Serve as key business partner to the Talent Acquisition area as related to relocation administration Develop all vendor relationships associated with the daily management of Relocation; work with the Vendor Relationship Specialist to ensure ongoing service quality for internal stakeholders, candidates/team members Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Relocation program Work with the vendor management specialist and payroll tax to provide messaging regarding policies, opportunities, and changes to Relocation. Qualifications

Education: High School, GED Experience: Human Resources knowledge is beneficial. Basic MS Word, MS Excel, & MS PowerPoint and Internet skills preferred. Seniority level
