Job Description:
This is a
Telecom NOC (Network Operations Center) Technician
role with a focus on
Mavenir IMS or Ericsson IMS platforms .
Long Term Contract
Overview The candidate will perform 24/7 NOC monitoring, outage management, troubleshooting, and deployment validation. Leadership and mentoring NOC staff are expected, combining hands-on operations with SME-level guidance.
Responsibilities
Handle 24/7 NOC monitoring, outage management, troubleshooting, and deployment validation.
Provide leadership and mentoring to NOC staff; deliver SME-level guidance.
Mandatory (Must-Have) Qualifications
Telecom/Network Protocols: GSM, UMTS, LTE, IP, Messaging
NOC Operations & Outage Management
Optional / Good-to-Have
Automation tools experience
Troubleshooting bridges/escalations (NCI/ATAC)
Serve as SME for IMS/Telecom platforms (Mavenir/Ericsson)
Monitor KPIs, alarms, degradations, and escalate issues proactively
Manage outages (localized → network-wide) and lead troubleshooting bridges
Coordinate maintenance/break-fix activities with internal teams/vendors
Support capital program deployments with alarm triage and break-fix execution
Perform pre- and post-deployment validations to ensure network stability
Work Schedule and Travel
10-hour shifts
Must be available to lead troubleshooting sessions and handle critical outages outside of regular hours
