Detail-oriented, project management, communication KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS: Role & Responsibilities This leader is responsible for strategic development and program operational support for Retail Go-to Market Activities. You will collaborate with the GTM Strategy & Planning team on planning, execution, and evaluation of product launches. Responsibilities include stakeholder management, project planning with milestones, and risk and issue management. Position Objective Be a strategic partner to shape and drive GTM strategy for launches, including goal setting, measurement, and identifying gaps and opportunities. Ensure successful implementation of program strategies, objectives, targets, and deliverables by working closely with Retail, Product, and Marketing teams. Adapt to changing market conditions and business needs. Establish frameworks and standards for Program and Project Management. Manage and report on program-related KPI's. Manage cross-program dependencies and maintain the dependency log. Define and implement project control and governance. Provide project planning, milestone management, scope management, and change management across projects. Prepare visual and succinct slides to communicate findings. Maintain regular communication with HQ, department heads, and business managers regarding product-related information to ensure effective support. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Strategy & Planning, Product Management, Merchandising, Sales, or Marketing Management. Proven success in bringing products to market and providing strategic and operational guidance for GTM Strategy. Effective communicator with ability to craft compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of operating in ambiguity and establishing frameworks for emerging problems. Strong organizational and execution skills; able to operate independently and drive initiatives from conception to results. Experience with top retailers or consumer electronics is highly preferred. Results-oriented, inquisitive, with versatile communication styles. Ability to influence, lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional teams within set timelines. Desired Characteristics: Curious mindset, driven by research, insights, and data analytics. Proficient in presentations, storytelling, and delivering sound bites.
