on the market. They’re building their next success story and looking for an
ambitious, curious Business Development Manager
to join their
lean, international sales team
across Belgium, the Netherlands, and the UK.
What They’re Building
A
next‑gen, fully cloud Transport Management System (TMS)
helps logistics companies, freight forwarders, and shippers
run smarter, faster, and leaner operations , replacing legacy on‑premise tools with a true SaaS experience.
Location
Remote‑first (with monthly meetups + onboarding week in Ghent - 2x)
What You’ll Do
Own the
entire sales cycle
— from first outreach to signed deal
Build trusted relationships with
logistics companies, shippers, and fleet owners
Deliver high‑quality demos and ROI‑led conversations that close business
Manage a
strong, structured pipeline
with the support of marketing‑generated leads
Collaborate closely with the international sales team to refine messaging and process
Fast‑paced, collaborative, and ambitious — where your voice matters
Transparent culture with
direct access to founders and sales leadership
Remote‑first team with strong connection through
weekly training and pipeline sessions
High ownership and autonomy —
you drive your own success
Must‑Haves
1+ year of
B2B closing experience
(SaaS not required but ideal)
Fluent in
Dutch and English
Coachable, curious, and self‑starting
Comfortable in a
fast‑moving, remote environment
Nice‑to‑Haves
SaaS closing experience
Background in
logistics or supply chain
sales
Compensation
€110K OTE (On‑Target Earnings)
