Operations Manager
to oversee the daily execution of a
$200M+ manufacturing and distribution facility
with over
150 team members . This is a pivotal role leading cross-functional teams in production, warehouse, planning, and customer delivery operations — all within a high-mix, high-volume environment. The Operations Manager will serve as the site’s senior-most leader, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy while driving performance in safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a well-established operation through its next phase of growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day plant operations including manufacturing, warehousing, planning, scheduling, and safety Own full P&L responsibilities and drive cost management, margin improvement, and labor productivity Champion Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives across all areas of the operation Oversee ISO 9001 quality compliance, internal audits, and process documentation Lead strategic planning and execution, aligning operations with sales and engineering to support customer delivery goals Manage ERP system utilization, S&IP processes, and KPI tracking for on-time delivery and inventory accuracy Direct and develop key department leaders including production, scheduling, warehouse, and administrative support Maintain site compliance with corporate policy, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Oversee facilities management, lease coordination, and site safety culture initiatives Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Ideal Background Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience) 8+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing or distribution environments Demonstrated experience in P&L ownership, ERP systems, and supply chain coordination Strong grasp of LEAN manufacturing, ISO 9001, and operational best practices Proven success coaching teams, improving KPIs, and aligning operations with business growth Ability to drive cultural change, improve performance metrics, and manage cross-functional departments Seniority level
