About the role As an NSSS Program Manager - Ducovany Project you will lead the NSSS scope of delivery and US project office. Additionally, you will be the primary liaison to the Korean customer team of KHNP, KEPCO E&C, and Doosan. This is an individual contributor role.

You will report to the Director of Dukovany NSSS Delivery. This is a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee execution of design development and translation of requirements and specifications to meet contract scope with Engineering support, Project Controls support, and Customer Accounts. Specifically, those related to the Reactor Coolant Pump and Motor.

Korean interface Management including the logistics execution of the NSSS design with KEPCO E&C (SD) and Doosan. Guide associated deliverables to meet commitments to partners.

Manage the design configuration and change control processes for resolution.

Be the liaison for future Sales and Marketing of NSSS new product offerings.

Lead the project design delivery activities and coordinate with team members across Europe, US and South Korea.

Oversee management of selected sub-contractor contracts.

Communicate program updates with internal leadership for the Dukovany Program, and external partners such as KHNP, Doosan, KEPCO E&C and the Dukovany end customer.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.

10 years of project management experience required

PMI certification.

Experience in South Korean projects.

Program and Contract Management skills.

Experience delivering quality on time and on budget.

Knowledge of the nuclear industry.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $130,400 to $163,000 per year.
