Cipla USA The role is to manage the P2P (procurement 2 payment) process for materials, Opex, and Services, ensuring cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Job Purpose : Manage the procurement process, ensuring timely deliveries, services, contracts, and agreements at the right price and on-time payment. Key Accountabilities : End-to-end procurement process, RFQ, negotiation, ensuring requests are fulfilled on time deliveries, services, contract, agreements right price and on-time payment. Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) based on Purchase Requisitions (PR) using SAP for services, contracts, lab consumables, and miscellaneous items. Work closely with end-users to procure Opex and Services. Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers/vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and timely delivery of goods and services. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers and vendors to achieve favourable outcomes while meeting organizational requirements. Educational Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree / High school / Diploma in Chemical/Engineering related field Relevant Experience : 3+ years of experience in operations, procurement, vendor negotiation, Agreement, and rate contracts. Familiarity with procurement software tools, SAP, Microsoft Suite, GMP, and best documentation practices. Understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems, forecasting, and budgeting.
