Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or TILOS. Establish baseline schedules incorporating engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), commissioning, and operational readiness phases. Define the critical path and key milestones to ensure project alignment with client requirements and contractual obligations. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to integrate their schedules into the overall master plan. Track project progress and analyze deviations from the planned schedule. Generate progress reports, look-aheads, and trend analysis for stakeholders. Provide earned value analysis (EVA) and assess project performance against schedule baselines. Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation plans. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to optimize resource allocation. Act as the primary scheduling liaison between project teams, contractors, vendors, and clients. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 12 months experience in a Project Scheduler or Lead Project Scheduler position. Location
