Business Development Coordinator (Transactional) This role supports strategic initiatives across our Transactional practices, including the development of pitches, proposals, RFPs, and other marketing materials.

Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Additional compensation types Annual Bonus

Key Responsibilities

Support Business Development leadership in implementing practice group marketing and business development activities.

Develop, coordinate, and track proposals, pitches, and RFP responses.

Maintain business development plans, budgets, and client databases.

Coordinate practice-related events, webinars, sponsorships, and speaking engagements.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Communications, and Business Intelligence, to strengthen client development efforts.

Prepare research reports, maintain marketing collateral, and update practice materials and attorney bios.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year of related experience in a law firm or two years in a professional services environment.

Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems such as InterAction or Foundation preferred.

Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese required for the LatAm-focused position.
