Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines
Leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge
Lead talent processes from recruiting and training to engagement and development
Demonstrate a promote-from-within philosophy and support future store leadership development
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Team building skills
Self-starter; strong interpersonal and communication skills
Drive to achieve results; adaptability/flexibility; multi-tasking
