Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in the overall operations of the store in a leadership capacity. Ensure a superior guest experience, maximize sales performance, and drive profitability while maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Complete the store opening/closing and follow opening/closing procedures. Make bank deposits. Assist the General Manager with product ordering. Communicate and execute positive brand impression to the overall guest experience. Ensure consistency and high-quality preparation of smoothies and guest service. Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of all areas. Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances.
Essential Functions Operate a blender and POS cashier system. Regularly move boxes, weighing up to 55 lbs., throughout the store. Constantly position self to bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts. Be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40°F to -10°F. Be able to tolerate exposure to food allergens. Microsoft Office knowledge required. Knowledgeable of general POS functionality. Excellent communication skills, ability to give and receive feedback. Must be extremely reliable.
Qualities Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude. At least sixteen (16) years of age or older. Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.
