Description of the role:
The Shop Foreman at Mills Auto Group in Pineville, NC is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shop, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanics and technicians
Monitor workflow and ensure deadlines are met
Maintain equipment and facilities
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise
Requirements:
Prior experience in a similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques
Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) preferred
Benefits:
Competitive salary ranging from $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
