Store Hours:
Monday to Saturday 7AM - 8PM, Sunday 9AM - 6PM

As a Retail Team Leader (Key Holder) , you will grow toward future leadership roles and manage store operations, customer service, and team development.
Responsibilities
Opening and closing the store.
Completing daily store operations and tasks.
Assisting in unloading merchandise, organizing inventory, and transferring items from the stockroom to the store.
Maintaining merchandise – product rotation, proper food handling, receiving, and ensuring product quality.
Providing exceptional customer service – building relationships, problem‑solving, and driving sales.
Cash handling – bank deposits, providing change for cashiers, setting and counting down registers.
Helping to build and train the team – developing leadership skills while supervising sales associates in their assigned duties.
Qualifications
1–2 years of retail experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
Physical requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting above shoulder height.
Schedule availability: Ability to work a flexible, full‑time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to safely operate power equipment, such as slicing equipment, walkie lifts, and forklifts where applicable.
Ability to respond to alarm calls during non‑working hours and to work shifts at other stores in your local area.
Minimum age 18 years.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Successfully pass pre‑employment checks, including a drug screen and criminal background check.
Basic computer skills required.
