Job Title Office Manager
A family office of a prominent HNWI and finance CEO is hiring an Office Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a welcoming and efficient work environment, managing administrative staff, supporting leadership, and coordinating internal events. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Salary commensurate with experience
$140-180k base range + discretionary bonus + fully paid benefits, 401k match, free meals, commuter benefits, and unlimited PTO
Location: onsite 3-4 days in Midtown West, NYC
(with flexibility to come in 5 days as needed) and remote flexibility in the summer
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in office management, administrative operations, or a related role. Additional Administrative/Executive Assistant experience is a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Trustworthy and discreet.
Experience managing a team or providing oversight to administrative personnel is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with scheduling and communication tools a bonus.
Important qualities – honest, resourceful, proactive, self‑motivated, collaborative, flexible, respectful, driven by the highest ethical standards and values.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and maintain supplies and vendor relationships.
Serve as the main point of contact for building management and vendors.
Coordinate and manage conference room bookings and logistics, ensuring meeting spaces are clean and functioning.
Supervise front desk activities, including greeting guests, receiving deliveries, and offering refreshments.
Oversee Executive and Administrative Assistants (2–3), ensuring high‑quality administrative support across the organization.
Assist in new hire onboarding, including desk setup and office tours.
Provide coverage for administrative team during PTO.
Plan and execute internal events and coordinate logistics for event execution.
