Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

to support a key client in transitioning from their legacy Back Office CRM to Salesforce CRM. You will play a critical role in analyzing current processes, gathering business requirements, and ensuring a successful migration of data and workflows into Salesforce. This position requires close collaboration with client stakeholders and delivery teams to deliver a solution that meets business needs and drives adoption. Collaborate with client product owners and delivery teams to understand current CRM processes Conduct workshops and interviews to collect detailed business requirements Map existing processes to Salesforce capabilities and identify gaps or improvements Define requirements for data migration, record sharing, and access models Ensure Salesforce functionality replicates legacy CRM features using best practices Produce comprehensive requirements documents, process flows, and data mapping materials Maintain migration playbooks and facilitate knowledge transfer Develop user guides and training materials for client end-users Create and execute test cases for data migration, workflows, and integrations Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and cutover validation Track and resolve issues arising during migration phases Act as liaison between client business units and technical teams Communicate timelines, risks, and progress updates to stakeholders Support user adoption through training sessions and workshops Requirements

Proven experience as a Salesforce business analyst with at least 3 years in the role Experience working in trading or financial services CRM environments preferred Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification required Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Experience in data mapping, migration, and process re‑engineering Strong communication skills with confidence in client‑facing discussions Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+) We offer
