What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist the team with daily marketing, business development, growth, and product operations for Simple Earn and Binance Loans
Plan and manage campaign schedules, ensuring end-to-end execution
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and product growth initiatives through data analysis
Develop marketing and growth strategies to increase total value locked (TVL) and loan volume for Simple Earn and Binance Loans
Serve as the point of contact with ecosystem protocols and partners on growth initiatives and major partnership deals related to the Earn portfolio
What is Required (Qualifications):
3-5 years of relevant experience in product growth, marketing, business development, or operations within crypto, DeFi, or related sectors
Strong passion and knowledge of crypto, DeFi, and Web3 products and platforms
Proven track record of independently executing campaigns and growth initiatives at both global and local levels
Experience collaborating cross-functionally in large teams and managing partner relations
Exceptional attention to detail and accountability, with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Being a DeFi/Crypto/Web3 native with strong business acumen and a proactive habit of researching industry insights
Openness to feedback and a strong willingness to continuously improve
Self-learning personality with the ability to work independently and resolve problems from start to finish
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects across time zones
Excellent logical thinking, communication, and presentation skills
