Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Officer who will play a key role in ensuring outstanding service and satisfaction for our students, partners, and community. The ideal candidate will represent the professionalism, courtesy, and reliability that define Skills Bridge Academy.

Responsibilities

Provide clear and courteous communication to assist clients with inquiries and support.

Manage incoming calls and emails efficiently and professionally.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and client information.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of issues.

Uphold the Academy’s values by ensuring every customer experience reflects excellence.
