Perform maintenance tasks across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair and installation. Complete routine daily maintenance and respond promptly to urgent repairs and emergencies. Assist with unit turnovers and ensure work meets quality and safety standards. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with residents and property staff. Maintain documentation of repairs and upkeep and follow asset preservation objectives. Qualifications
Hands-on maintenance experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial facility. Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork. Good communication skills; ability to interact with residents and teammates. Basic computer familiarity (e.g., Microsoft Outlook). High School Diploma or GED; college degree is a plus. Salary: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour depending on experience. Sign-on bonus: $1,000 (payment terms apply); additional bonus opportunities available.
