CIANBRO . **Job Responsibilities:** Provide initial client contact to assess the scope of work and resources required to complete the project. Oversee supervision of total construction effort to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. This includes interfacing with client representatives, AE representatives, other contractors, etc. Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions such as scheduling, engineering, material control, and provide day-to-day direction of onsite administrative staff in areas like accounting and purchasing. Supervise Field Supervisors and other contractors as required by the contract. Provide technical assistance, including interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment, and initiating and maintaining extra work estimating and issuance of change orders. Assume responsibility for productivity, quality, safety, efficient use of resources, materials, equipment, and contractual performance of the project. **Qualifications/Requirements:** Four-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent technical training and/or related experience. Minimum of 2 years of heavy civil/infrastructure/transportation-related construction project management in the field, with at least 5 years of industry experience. Knowledge of all aspects of construction including technology, equipment, means, and methods; supervision, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and safety. Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills. Requires significant independent judgment. Willingness to travel.
