O'Reilly Auto Parts
The Delivery Specialist will maintain and operate store vehicles to deliver parts and/or products to professional customers in a safe and efficient manner. This position will also collect money on C.O.D. deliveries and pick up customer returns.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently. Use delivery fleet management hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections. Keep vehicles clean, maintained, and complete daily inspections prior to use. Secure vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet credit cards, hand-held devices, and collected monies at all times. Pick up customer returns (e.g., new, warranty, cores) and fill out driver return slips. Communicate any customer issues or needs to store management. Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or damage immediately to the store manager. Ensure the fuel tank is filled and the vehicle is locked and secured at the end of the day. Clock in/out according to company policy. Perform additional duties such as customer service, stocking, merchandising, errands, handling core returns, and stock orders. Assist customers, serve as a cashier, or help with merchandising as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills, Education, Knowledge, Experience, Abilities
Required:
Strong interpersonal communication skills. Driving record must meet the company's 14/18-point standard. Possess a valid state driver's license and meet driving eligibility requirements. Familiarity with automotive parts. Ability to operate light store equipment. Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish highly desired.
