About the Role We’re seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Production CAD Coordinator to join our fast‑paced apparel production team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication between Design, Fabric Production, and Teams, while managing the execution of strike‑offs, lab dips, and print approvals across global vendor partners.
You will be responsible for tracking print developments from concept through production, ensuring timely approvals and accurate data management within internal PLM systems like Exenta.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between design, fabric production, and teams to align on seasonal print production needs.
Manage day‑to‑day communication with global factory partners to coordinate strike‑offs and lab dips, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolutions.
Organize and track lab dip/strike‑off submission packages.
Maintain an accurate, real‑time strike‑off tracking chart.
Monitor and enforce production calendars to ensure all deadlines are met upon receipt of sales orders.
Upload and maintain all print images and related data in Exenta, ensuring accuracy of RM codes and associated print information.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in print coordination with CAD background.
Strong understanding of fabrications, approvals, and print development processes.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail – able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
Proficiency in PLM/ERP systems (e.g., Exenta) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, tracking tools).
Strong communication skills to manage cross‑functional and vendor interactions.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Salary The salary range for this full‑time role is between $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience level.
