Pay Range $19.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Position Summary Team Member (Sales & Service) at Sam’s Club assisting customers with tire, battery, and retail products, ensuring safety, compliance, and excellent customer experience. Engages with associates, mentors, and uses technology to drive sales and service efficiency.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and mentor new technicians.

Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality, while operating POS systems and employing effective selling techniques.

Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement using handheld technology and systems for immediate business decisions and training.

Communicate equipment, tools, and supplies needs to TBC; lead tracking and monitoring of returns and special orders; operate cash registers and process transactions; maintain accurate inventory audit and compliance standards.

Serve as a brand advocate by valuing the member experience in the TBC area, modeling high‑quality service and products, and influencing and inspiring others for a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented work style.

Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement related action plans and use the Open Door Policy.

Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners; determine priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress and recommend improvement opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

Valid state‑issued driver’s license.

18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

Auto service industry experience.

Retail experience.
